Cannondale recently revamped its web site, adding multimedia and many more product pictures. Despite the buffed multimedia, the site loads and runs smooth. The site effectively demonstrates the increased product selections for this year. Added to the main page is Motorcycles, for some this might be a surprise but Cannondale has developed its own line of Off-Road Motorcycles for Racing. If you select Bicycles from the main page you will enter the bicycle section of the site. One of the first things you will see in the index is a selection for Languages. Last year Cannondale suffered from reduced market share in Europe, so this year you may choose from four different languages, making this one of the few multilingual bicycle web site.
After you have selected your language and move on to the Bicycle Models you'll see the added selections Cyclocross, Hybrids, Multisport, and Comfort to the bicycle line-up. One of the really cool tools the site has to offer is the Select-a-Bike-Tool. The tool walks you through the selection process by asking you a series of questions. As you answer, the tool narrows your selections down to a small group of bikes. This year the Web page designer remembered to add links back to the previous years sites and products.
