The novel definitely has its cheesy parts, but all in all, it?s a touching romance that shows how the Gospel works in even the most troubled lives. Readers can?t help but be caught up in the lives of Jack and Hilary as they struggle to stay together despite everything the world throws at them. It?s a powerful story that will keep readers turning the pages. A warning to female readers with a tendency to weep over sweet scenes: Grab a box of tissues. The book is sentimental at times, but worth the read.

Author?s Note: For those of you who enjoy romance novels, but hate the smut that comes with most commercial books about love, Anita Stansfield offers a collection of romance books with an LDS emphasis. Although some discuss issues that may not be appropriate for younger readers, the books contain nothing that would be offensive to LDS adults. Try other Stansfield titles, such as First Love and Forever, Return to Love, To Love Again and Now and Forever.
