"Tiraphegs are vaguely human-like, although they deviate significantly from the standard form. The most obvious difference is the head. There are three of them. The left and right heads are both featureless, while the one in the middle has three eyes (two in front, one in the back), a nose,
ears, but no mouth. They have three arms: the left and right arms ending in six-inch spikes, the middle arm ending with a strong three-digit hand.
Similarly they have three legs, although the left and right legs have no feet, while the middle has a foot but only three toes. The tirapheg's body is hairless. Its mouth is located on its belly, and three short tentacles are located above it. Tiraphegs are believed to be hermaphroditic, although
none have been captured and examined properly."
