Exercising

Remember that in my first article I told you that it is very difficult, if not impossible, to lose weight by exercising; but it helps your cardiovascular system. It shapes your body. It also helps your body to burn more fat during rest periods; and, what is more important, it gives you a sense of accomplishment which will help your self-esteem. I gained weight, as I told you before, because I had to stop practicing karate. In addition, I felt somewhat depressed and I did not pay attention to what I was eating.
