EVE Online Delayed
Simon & Schuster Interactive has announced that "Eve Online: The Second Genesis," currently in live beta testing, has been rescheduled to ship in March 2003.Also announced, EVE ONLINE will be published in Europe by Crucial Entertainment Limited (http://www.crucialentertainment.com). The game will be published and launched simultaneously in North America and Europe.
EverQuest European Invasion
Ubi Soft® Entertainment, one of the world's largest video game publishers and Sony Online Entertainment Inc. (SOE), a worldwide leader in Massively Multiplayer Online Gaming, today announced the launch of European versions of EverQuest® and its expansion packs. These versions will be playable through new EverQuest servers located in Europe. The European version of EverQuest will be available in English, French and German languages from November 21.
Z-Opolis Begins Commercial Phase I!
PersistentWorldZ has announced that Z-Opolis has gone into the commercial phase of testing after a two month beta test. This game, billed as "the first true massively multiplayer online community game (MMOCG) designed for younger players and teens", is listing a subscription price of only $1 (USD) and players will be given five credits within the game. The game should be ready for prime time on October 31st. Check it out!
