Things in MLB That Just Aren’t Right 1. Its late June and Seattle has only lost 17 games. 2. Minnesota, Philadelphia, and Chicago Cubs in first place. 3. Boston is leading all of baseball with an ERA of 3.23 with Pedro and 4 free-agent scrubs. 4. Boston would still be leading all of baseball without Pedro’s stats. 5. Cleveland batting almost .300 as a team. 6. Randy Johnson and Curt Schilling on the same staff. Combined 20-6 with a 2.7 ERA. 7. Barry Bonds: 38 homers in June. He should have to play with one eye closed. 8. Greg Maddux has a 2.38 ERA, but only 7 wins with 5 losses. Dave Burba is 8-3 with a 6.23 ERA. 9. 23-3, the combined record of Seattle’s Jamie Moyer, Freddie Garcia, and Aaron Sele. 10. Three teams have a worse team ERA than Colorado.

Change my tune? I just wrote about what the Mariners are doing well (mostly because you asked for it), and pitching is what they do well. I still think that they've had a lot of luck offensively.
