Here's the notes I have on who's overrated and who's underrated. Overrated: Texas Rangers, New York Mets, Los Angeles Dodgers (every year), New York Yankees. Underrated: Milwaukee Brewers, Kansas City Royals, Minnesota Twins, Florida Marlins, Cincinnati Reds, Colorado Rockies.
