I love fish, lots of people do. There's no reason to wait till Friday to enjoy a quick fish dish. I come from a Catholic family, seems like we only had fish on Fridays. You can come home from work and bake fillets in 15 minutes, deep fry in 10 minutes. Fish is very healthy and there are so many fish dishes you can try, you'll never get bored!! I wouldn't mind having a nice fish dish right now...with salad, rice and spinach. I also love salmon fillets with dill sauce. Maybe you're not a fish lover like me, throw something nice on the grill. Visit Rec.Food.Recipes archive of marinades and sauces. Also please visit the Pasta Recipe site and pick out something nice like Penne pasta with Tomato Cream Sauce.
