Al Qaeda will continue to operate as a shadowy terrorist operation hell-bent on destroying as much as possible, using good spy tradecraft to identify and prepare for operations in the US and worldwide. Intel and law enforcement operations have to be able to pick up on the vapor trails even earlier in order to break up those terrorist operations before they harm more people.
