Finding The PathFirst, I started to remember my dreams. Before I got out of bed, I would write any dreams I could recall, in as much detail as I could. I tried not to question myself as I was writing. I just wrote. Later that day I would read the entry from the morning. I was looking for two things, obvious meaning, and hidden messages. Second, I made a conscience effort to pay attention to the coincidences that happened during the course of everyday. Somewhere in the course of all this, I decided that coincidence is really Spirit talking to us. I figured I’d better start paying attention. Try not to dismiss an idea just because it’s different from things you think or believe while you’re awake. Sometimes the inner person (I AM) doesn’t completely agree with the outer person. *Approach each day with the intention of seeing the messages Spirit is leaving all around you *Pay close attention to coincidence. Did the friend you were just thinking about call out of nowhere? Maybe there’s something the two of you need to discuss. Maybe you meet someone who just happens to be knowledgeable in a topic you were dreaming or meditating about. There’s something to it. *Watch the animals in your life. The may have something to tell you about yourself. *Start a journal of the
