Manna could be prepared in any number of ways. It could be fried. It could be baked. The women could grind it to make breads or cake. It was a wonderful food, and they despised it. Manna, of course, is a picture of the Lord Jesus Christ and of the Word of God which reveals Him.
Yahweh God did not make keeping healthy hard for the Jews or any of the early people, nor does He make it hard for us today. The wonderful properties of garlic are still available for us, as is His "manna."
