DHS writes that they are concerned about Holly's ability to care for Mitchell and follow the recommendations of all of the doctors. DHS writes that Mitchell exhibits serious behavior problems and should see a therapist.

And the case goes on. . .

What do you think? If you are a parent with Mental Illness, do you experience more scrutiny and/or hostility from schools, therapists, or children's services? Have you tangled with DHS? Do you feel that the people who are supposed to provide services for children blame parents unduly when they find out the parent has a mental illness?
