Also included are excellent articles by Dr. Nelson on each topic area. For everything you've always wanted to know, but didn't know where to look, this book fits the bill! Excellent book for those diagnosed with the disorder, families and friends.

Life on a Roller Coaster : Coping With The Ups and Downs of Mood Disorder by Ekkehard Othmer, M.D., Ph.D and Sieglinde Othmer, PhD
This book is written in simple everyday style. Easily read and short, but contains a wealth of information. Find out if you suffer from the roller coaster life, and what to do about it. Most interesting is a chapter on learning to live without the roller coaster after treatment. I enjoyed this one.
