Ultimate Fighter - Week 7

getting up this time, and clearly and understandably annoyed. Still, it's his own fault: dude, you're a martial artist, trained for combat. Hasn't ANYONE -- be it a sensei, a training partner, or a little girl in pigtails you harassed in first grade -- ever taught you that your balls should be protected??? Round 2: Set continues throwing flicky, useless-looking high kicks. In one of his rare offenses, Dan lands a nice roundhouse to the head, dropping Seth. they go to the ground, where neither fighter displays much in the way of skills, and they are stood up eventually. Then Seth lands the highlight-reel technique of the night -- a flighting spinning back kick that whips around and blindsides the right-rear side of Dan's head, dropping him momentarily. Round 3: more of the same kicks and punches. Throughout the fight, Dan's shown a lot of ... inertia. He hasn't done much, only responding just enough to avoid being penalized. He doesn't seem all there. At the end of the night, Seth is unanimously declared winner; though Dan looks like hell, I would hate to hear the bloodcurdling screams Seth emits that night as he goes to take a leak. Dan, as he leaves, admits that he did very poorly by his own standards, and allows that he may have held back because he couldn't bring himself to really try to hurt a friend.
