In the midst of crashing markets, down-trodden investments (and advisors), I fundamentally believe that high-technology development will prevail. Running any company these days is challenging, even more so in the "crash and burn" field of high-technology. However, it isn't where you start that matters; it's where you finish that counts.
Hence, Perseverance and Staying Alive are the most important things to consider and commit. What does this mean if you are a leader? It means being realistic, being willing to make the tough decisions, and demanding high performance from team members (and yourself, by example, of course!). Having Faith and Belief in what you are doing, energizing passion and enthusiasm, will continue to move you and your team forward. We truly are in a time where managing chaos rules. You've got to be a guerrilla, a warrior, and a saint. You have to focus on your customers with the passion you showed your significant other during the "winching stage" (hopefully the older folks among you remember this):-). Chin up, heads down, and WIN! Go To Page: 1
