One Brick At A Time....

Have you ever found yourself in a rut? Where you are stale, not as sharp as your usual self? Are you short with people, unable to concentrate, on edge, not 100% productive...? Do you feel that you need a vacation, or better yet, a RESET button? Have you been struggling to find an answer -- to find the ray of hope back to your usual high-performing self?

Have you analyzed your goals recently? Have you taken a look at what you are doing now and put it in perspective of where you are going in the long-run? This is an extremely powerful and important step to getting back on track.

An honest assessment of where you are at and where you want to go will do wonders for your motivation, energy level and sense of purpose. Even if your current position is considered to be a stepping stone, make sure that you put this in perspective. This is crucial for you to continue to excel in your current role, to go the extra mile, and to maximize EVERY possible learning opportunity ... to build yourself up "brick by brick."

Why is this important? Why should you spend the time doing this? What's the big deal? After all, I am in my comfort zone, I am not completely satisfied, but it will do -- and so be it, you are essentially DEAD.

That's right -- DEAD! You will go to your grave with your juice still in you -- imagine a wriggling, pulsating head, 6 feet under saying, "Wait a minute. I still want to try that..." -- too late!

You need to get out of the Cave, get out of the Glass Bubble, and grow -- like the e-millionaire next door -- live the adventure!

And remember, just do it, live it, be it and strive to reach your potential ... no matter how many downturns there are along the way -- keep exceeding the last apex!

All the Best!
