Couples too will make their choices based on higher perceived value. Who's going to give me the most bang for my buck? Who do I feel comfortable with, and whom do I feel I can trust?
Remember that planning a wedding is a very stressful time for all involved. Any problem that may arise no matter how small will be perceived as major catastrophe with the potential to ruin their special day so try to be patient, and professional at all times.
