I look for him to help us down the line as some one who could possibly one day fill the shoes of Mauricio Cienfuegos." A native of Chino Hills, California, Alex Bengard led Cal State Dominguez Hills to a NCAA Division II National Championship in 2000. Bengard led the team in scoring with 46 points (19 goals, 8 assists), setting a new single season record.
