First Impressions: Part OneIf only one person has owned something before you get a hold of it it is easier to read than if it was owned by many. I used to have a friend that had a great knack for telling who had owned things and she could go into great detail about the person. She was very accurate. Most people can just get a general, "Yuck, this feels bad!" or, "OH, I have to own this!" feeling. Charging something with your own energy, or purpose, isn't difficult. To put your own energy into something, carry it for a long period of time, sleep with it or create it for yourself. these are just a few examples. When I was in college I knew a girl that was very good at "charging" a piece for someone. This is the other first part to this general study. For my professor's 40th birthday we have to give him 40 of one thing. One professor, Tim McCreight, not to name names, LOL, gave him 40 fingers that he cast. Some people gave him 40 beads etc.. I knew that this professor liked gardening so I gave him a list of 40 herbs / plants and their magickal uses. He wound up making that list into an assignment for the junior class, which I never knew. We came in for a junior critique, ( I was a metalsmithing and jewelry major), and I kept being "pulled" to one table. I went over to this lovely pendant with a compartment and, inside, were some berries. I had to have this piece! I started talking to the girl, (I was in love with this piece)! She said that she was thinking of me when she made it because she liked the assignment and the professor had told them that I had given him the list. From then on, if she would build something, and be thinking of me, I could, (literally), pick it out of a group. She and I became friends after that, she taught me quite a bit and even performed our handfasting / wedding! :) (she still won't give me that pendant though! LOL)
This is a two-parter as you can see, part one includes; A) the basics of impressions and B) how to charge your own impression, next time we'll discuss how to cleanse things and recharge things that you want to change the impression of etc., we might even
