My Eyes Are Open But... Part Five

Well, we covered the good guys and now it's time for the nasties... I'll mention them just so people have a clue of what some of the them are and how to identify them and either keep them away or push them away.

Like I've said earlier, there are many good groups and, in my opinion, only a few bad groups as well as what I call 'neutrals'. But it is important to know how to tell the difference between the three, if possible. If you are in an area with a being or sense that you are not alone, it is often a little bit difficult to discern what they are. If you can tell what their shape is that helps or if they try to speak to you that 'can' be good also.

However, in the beginning it is a little difficult to tell just what it is in front of you. Some people hear things, like knocking or footsteps, some people smell something strange, others feel cold or see a 'shadow' in their peripheral vision. What I started with was keeping the lights dim and not looking at the 'thing directly on then I started getting a feel for the things size. After that I could get a 'feel' for what sex it was, many things seem male to me possibly because it's a hard thing to figure out. Wanna get a glimpse of a few ghosts to practice with? A few times, in my mind, I would try and speak to the 'thing' and often, I would hear something from them. It's hard to get going but, if something is drawn to you then you might as well try and converse with it. If the 'thing' isn't interested in conversing then, quite possibly, it is not friendly.

Usually if something is what I call a 'watcher', it is something that is sent just for that, watching. I dated a negative man once and we had tons of watchers hanging around because the negative things that he had hanging out with him were afraid that he would teach me how to destroy them, (which he did ;). they are often tall, black, very slender and lanky. They tend to hang out in corners, many times in a crouching position or sometimes up high, (even on buildings... which I dislike very much). They are not all that intelligent and dislike to be spoken to or even noticed.

about that feeling in your stomach. Often fear is involved with anything supernatural, because it is the 'unknown' but sometimes you just KNOW that something's not right.

I only use that defense a ...

Great job again Shannon. I don't like the nasties, but then again, who does. I have been thinking about it, and I can remember getting a couple of really uncomfortable feelings while meditating. By ...
