I'll start with the things that I am most 'aware' of, Angels. As we've discussed in the past, Angels are often considered guardians and/or loved ones who have passed over as well as higher beings, (literally), that relate to not only Christianity but many other religions as well.
I don't know that I have ever seen an 'Angel' per say but I definitely have a 'guardian' who has been with me for most, or all, of my life. Please check out my section on "Shadows from the Other Side" to read more about my incidences. I also have many friends who believe that they have guardians.

Well, onto the 'nondescript' category. There are many things that are large, and sometimes even nasty-looking, that are actually nice. I have a fair amount of these things hanging around me because I have a protective nature, as do these guys. An example of one of these things might be a large 'gargoyle' or a dragon or even something else. I have "an acquaintance" that my friends call Snookums. He is big and very hairy with sad eyes and a very protective nature. He is like a cross between the 'Snufflelufugus' and the 'Monster' from Sesame Street.
These big guys are actually great to have around though, from what I've found, they like being outdoors, possibly because they are of the warrior nature, possibly because they like to stay hidden or possibly because of their size, being inside isn't 'comfortable'.
Well, about sasquatches and werewolves. Though I haven't seen either of these and am not even sure of their existence, they are worth mentioning here. I don't know that the physical beings would be appropriate here but I believe that they may be 'astral beings'. Many people claimed to have seen sasquatches and/or werewolves but how much "evidence" do we actually have of them? It IS possible that they are on another plane and we are catching glimpses of them. I also believe that there are shape-shifters in these other realms, thus my reference to werewolves. I believe that my spirit guide is a shape-shifter. I can't take credit for being the one to notice this, but after I was told that's what he was, I have to say, it explained quite a bit. I always knew that this thing was male but, no matter what, I never got a good fix on his face and, as cliché as it sounds, he always stayed in the closet. he almost never came into the light. I have also always been attracted to wolven-type people, (that's another long story ;), and have always loved dogs,
