God Set Each of us Apart as His Holy People

the back of the closet of our lives only to rummage for him when an emergency arises. He is that fire extinguisher in our lives--we never notice him or his love until the fire threatens us.

That love that God displays to us shows its greatest manifestation in the sacrifice of his Son on Calvary's cross. Before Jesus could die on the cross to pay for our sins, he had to lead a sinless life. He could not have one little mark of imperfection in thought, word or deed. As true man he was subject to the same law that he himself had established for you and me and all men to obey. He humbled himself under his own creation to save those he created. Thus with his perfect life, Christ Jesus became that perfect sacrifice for our sins. His innocent blood paid the price for our sins. And he went one step further. But I remained tuned in to his progress since I had a vested interest in his bodily safety. God is also interested in our progress because he has a vested interest in our spiritual safety.

God not only set us apart at conception, but he also remains with us as we do his will in our lives. He is going to keep up with his investments just as the person buying stocks checks daily the stock quotes. God guides our lives in what we do or say. We
