Matthew is cited by tradition as having been martyred in Ethiopia.

James the less preached in Palestine and Egypt. Tradition states he was crucified in Egypt.

Jude (Thaddaeus) is attributed by tradition as a missionary to Assyria and Persia. He died a martyr in Persia.

Simon the Zealot is silent as tradition goes except that it says he was crucified.

These apostles were sent out "into all the world" to pipe the Good News to all people, beginning in Jerusalem, Judea, Samaria, and to the ends of the world.
