The Joys of Joymanage that, try to get through a day without saying anything negative or derogatory about anything. After that, you can work up to being actively complimentary and finding something positive to see (and say) about almost every situation. One of the side effects of becoming more positive is that it makes you more accessible, more attractive and more pleasant to be around. This creates an atmosphere where people want to be around you, and gives you the encouragement to continue being happy. Finding happiness in our lives takes time and energy, but the investment pays off in physical health, mental well-being, and spiritual peace. Add to that the dividend of making other people's lives a little brighter by your presence, and you'd be hard-pressed to come up with rationalizations for staying negative. So start looking for that silver lining, make your lemonade, and remember to recognize the joys in your life - They are there for the taking! Take care of you!
