For those of you with nursing mothers, consult your vet before using anything on her or the babies. The products used to protect your pets can kill young animals, but so too can the fleas and ticks, by sucking the very life from them.

Use your common sense and get a jump on the season.

Only problem is, right now my dogs aren't scratching, but I sure am reading about the bugs. : )
