The Self Help Challenge

If self help is the need, the Internet is the way.

That's right, the Internet has valuable tools online, many free of charge, to help you take control of your life, and discover yourself and your potential.

This week, I'd like to focus on a free resource that may help many of you unleash your inner power. It's brought to you by http://www.selfhelpforher.com, and it will allow you to "Awaken Your Goddess Within."

This may be the easiest, Internet-friendly self help tool yet. It's a six-week course, delivered right to your inbox, with the goal of helping you feel more confident, discover more about yourself, and accomplish your goals.

"You will feel more passion and more joy in your life, and more confidence in your ability to create your own happiness when you take this email course taught by life change expert, Edel Jarboe. In just six weeks, you will increase your confidence and boost your self-esteem."

That's straight from the web site, http://www.selfhelpforher.com/goddesscou...

You just surf on over there and get started!

Some unique things about what you're learning - for one, it's a work at your own pace course. You may only have 15 minutes a day to devote, which is fine. What you put into it is only a fraction of what I personally believe you'll get out of it.

So what will you be in for if you sign up?

The course is broken into six topics, each designed to give you a focus about different aspects of better self help care.

During the first week, you'll learn how to make more time for yourself. Then it's onto getting a winning attitude. From there, you'll explore goals. During the fourth week, make the mind, body and fitness connection that is integral for self care. Then it's on to better relations with others, and finally, smarter money management.

Jarboe says, "Each week has a specific 'Goal of the Week,' a clear, do-able target. Complete this goal before moving ahead to the next week. By the time you finish your last 'Goal of the Week,' you will have not only taken concrete action in creating the life that you want but you will have accomplished several key goals as well. Each week also sets an 'Ongoing Goal.' Why? Because your happiness is a full-time job."

"The 'Ongoing Goal' is what you should be achieving on a regular basis. Ongoing Goals
