The election campaign truck! Whenever there's an election coming up, they're out in force: vans plastered with the name of a politician, with the same name being shouted endlessly from the top-mounted loud speaker that's cranked to eleven. Generally the truck contains the politician and several of his entourage, usually some white-gloved young women who will wave to everyone, even foreigners, who can't vote and would just as soon see them all arrested for disturbing the peace!
