A Crafty Halloween

© Esmerelda Jones

There is a bit of time left to catch up on some quickie Halloween projects. Grab your needles and hooks and stash of yarn and take a look at these designs I've whipped up for you. The Ghostly Sweetdish pattern can be used for other celebrations by changing colors. It's a fun way to use up those 250g tubs that we save and the crafters ribbon is cheap. Many festive colors are available, so if you haven't investigated it yet, buy a roll and knit or crochet something easy to begin. Especially nice for things that need a lot of washing - even babies teddybears and dolls that need to be kept hygienic.

For something that takes a little more time, here is a free pattern on the web for Grizelda the witch. She's 30 inches in height and although there is no picture I think you will want to make her up.
