satisfaction! If you really screw things up, the store will almost certainly take back your problems. In some cases, where the store has screwed up, customers have ended up with free kitchens (but don’t say that you heard it here.)

On the other hand, the small guy who sells you a kitchen out of his small shop is working on a much lower year-end margin, although the per-kitchen margin is undoubtably higher. His or her interest is in one kitchen at a time, and probably not whether you will be a customer ever again. Does this make sense? Hope so, if not let me know.
