Christmas is the perect time to get your kids in the kitchen, have some fun, and teach them that it's better -- and more fun! -- to give than to receive! Here's an easy cappuccino mix that friends, families and teachers will love to get this year.

Happy Holidays!

Cappuccino

1 cup chocolate flavored drink mix`
3/4 cup instant coffee
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and mix thoroughly until well blended. The mix yields about 3 cups. Store in an airtight container.

Directions for the recipient tag:

In a mug combine 2 tablespoons of mix to a cup of boiling water. Stir, sip and enjoy a tranquil moment.
