Happy 2001! This year, make it a resolution to get your kids in the kitchen cooking! Soup is an easy dish that kids love to eat, and to make. Creamy Chicken Vegetable Soup is a versatile recipe that can be adapted to any child's tastes. Younger children can help by pouring the canned soups into the pot, while older children can chop the onion and shred the cheese -- with supervision, of course! Creamy Chicken Vegetable Soup 2 cups shredded, cooked chicken Combine the soups, milk, chicken, and vegetables in a large soup pot. Bring to boil, reduce heat, and simmer about 10 minutes. Ladle into soup bowls and top with green onions and cheese. Enjoy! For other great recipes to make with kids, check out Recipes Today!
