1 package out of a box of Nabisco graham crackers (not the whole box!)
1 can sweetened condenses milk
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup holiday M&Ms
Break the graham crackers into crumbs. Add the sweetned condensed milk, the chocolate chips and the M&Ms. Pour mixture into a buttered 9x9-inch baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Peanut Butter Snowballs
No baking required, so let the kids help with these!
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 tablespooons butter or margarine, softened
1 pound white candy coating or almond bark
Combine the sugar, peanut butter and margarine in a mixing bowl. Shape into 1-inch balls and put in the refrigerator to chill about 30 minutes. While they are chilling, melt the candy coating in the microwave until smooth -- about 2- 3 minutes. Dip the balls into the melted candy coating and cover completely. Place on waxed paper to harden.
Grandma's Cinnamon Cookies
2 3/4 cup flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Cream the shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Combine all the dry in a separate bowl. Slowly at the dry to the wet ingredients. Chill the dough one hour. Roll the dough into balls, then into a mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees F for 9 to 11 minutes.
