Christmas time is the time to bake cookies! Here are some wonderful recipes to bake for -- and with! -- your family.
Christmas 1, 2, 3 Cookies 1 package out of a box of Nabisco graham crackers (not the whole box!) Break the graham crackers into crumbs. Add the sweetned condensed milk, the chocolate chips and the M&Ms. Pour mixture into a buttered 9x9-inch baking pan. Bake for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
Peanut Butter Snowballs No baking required, so let the kids help with these!
1 cup powdered sugar Combine the sugar, peanut butter and margarine in a mixing bowl. Shape into 1-inch balls and put in the refrigerator to chill about 30 minutes. While they are chilling, melt the candy coating in the microwave until smooth -- about 2- 3 minutes. Dip the balls into the melted candy coating and cover completely. Place on waxed paper to harden. Grandma's Cinnamon Cookies
2 3/4 cup flour Cream the shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla together. Combine all the dry in a separate bowl. Slowly at the dry to the wet ingredients. Chill the dough one hour. Roll the dough into balls, then into a mixture of 1/4 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees F for 9 to 11 minutes. Go To Page: 1
