Let the above soak one hour. 2 1/2 cups vinegar 2 cups sugar 2 teaspoons mustard seed 1 teaspoon celery seed 1 teaspoon turmeric 1 onion, sliced into rings 1 head of cauliflower Drain cucumbers and add to rest of ingredients. Boil, covered, 10 minutes. Put into sterilized jars. Let stand at least 24 hours.
