Peanut, Peanut Butter and Jelly

Peanut Butter

1 cup shelled peanuts, 1 ½ tablespoons peanut oil, ½ teaspoon salt

Pour peanuts into a blender. Blend until the peanuts turn into a paste. Add salt and oil and blend a few seconds more to combine. While most peanut does not need to be stored in the refrigerator, you must refrigerate homemade peanut butter. Stir well before serving.

Here's another easy recipe using peanut butter.

Peanut Butter Pie

4 ounces cream cheese, 1 cup confectioners' sugar, 1 cup crunchy peanut butter, 1/2 cup milk, 8 ounces frozen whipped topping, thawed, 1 deep-dish chocolate flavored crust

In a large bowl, combne cream cheese and confectioners' sugar together. Add peanut butter and mix well. Add milk. Mix well. Fold in whipped topping, then pour into the pie shell. Cover and freeze for about one hour. Drizzle some chocolate syrup over before serving.
