FOIL COOKING

**Tips to remember:

1.Foil will not burn if thrown into the fire. Please recycle or throw away properly.

2.When using foil to cook with... make sure that you use the heavy duty kind and it does not make a difference whether or not the shiny side is out or not.

3.Don't wrap the food tightly... allow room for growth.

RECIPES

Apples:
First core the apple and fill with any combination of ingredients. (red hots, marshmallows, butter, cinnamon, sugar, etc.) Wrap them and then turn occasionally and cook for about 20 or so minutes.

Mix-ups:
Mix together the following ingredients.
1 7-oz. can of chicken or tuna fish
1 Cup chopped celery
1 small onion
1/2 Cup grated cheese (any kind)
1/4 Cup Miracle Whip or Mayonaise
Take the mixture and put into buns... wrap them and then heat over the fire on a GRILL for about 30 minutes.

Chicken
Wrap the seasoned chicken peices with butter if you wish in the foil. Bake on the coals for about 30-40 minutes and make sure to turn ever once and awhile.

TIP: If you would like seasoned chicken rice, add 4 Tablespoons of minute rice to 4 Tablespoons cream of chicken soup to chicken foil packets.

Corn on the Cob
Take a fresh cob and butter it if desired and add 1 teaspoon water to packet. Double wrap the cob and then cook it on the coals of the fire. Turn often and back for about 10 minutes or so.
