I love getting email from readers because usually they are sending me great links that I can pass on to you. This week was no exception so I'm going to clean up the mail bag and pass some of these places on to you.

Terry Kluytmans sent me mail a week ago to let me know that Kidsongs had been renamed Kididdles. It's still a great place to find the lyrics to all your favorite song, be sure to enter the contest. Sorry for the long delay Terry.

Grace at Kidsdomain.com also sent me a note to remind me to update my listing as Kidsdomain now has over 700 games to download and has on-line games now too.

Barbara Martin pointed me to some sites, one of them was Brain Teasers at eduplace.com. There is a summer contest here for grades 3 to 8 if your brain isn't too hot form the sun maybe you could win a prize.

My brother's friend sent me the URL to a site with optical illusions, scientific puzzles and other neat stuff. A little bit complicated for the young kids but older kids should like www.grand-illusions.com.

Sorry Emma, Emma Byerly Suite 101's Contest editor told me weeks ago that she was doing a kids special article and I forgot to mention it last week. Luckily Emma publishes biweekly so the article is still current. Be sure to check it out and Emma may start speaking to me again.

Jmaes Laroche, is a Suite101.com member who has set up his own online game, javascript based site Games 4 U. The navigation is a bit obtuse, click on about and then the Yellow let the games begin to get going.

Finally for this week Story Palace - Children's Stories promises hundreds of children stories and clean jokes. I didn't see anything to make me disbelieve this statement. I couldn't check out every story so let the buyer beware, some of the stories are traditional and may have bleak morals. If you go here you have to put up with those annoying pop-up Geocities banners.
