(Note: The Internet is a dynamic place and web sites can come and go quite quickly. This is one of my older articles and some of the links may not work anymore. If you find that this is the case I invite you to look at some of my more recent articles. My links section has my favorite links from past articles and is checked regularly for non working links. Welcome to part II of Easter at Kids Stuff Easter celebration. As promised the Big Easter Bunny Maze is finally ready. Java is required, please let me know if it was worth the wait. This week I'm going to start off with a few sites that focus on the religious aspect of the Easter celebration. If religion isn't your cup of tea you can skip down three paragraphs.

The Easter Page - The part of this page that I liked best was the art page which intermixes classic paintings of the story of Christ's death and resurrection with the biblical account.

I keep getting drawn back to kidpub.org. This week you can read the real reason for Easter by Jessica Pound.

Resurrection - questions and answers is a page about the resurrection story by the Grade 6 class at the First Congregational Church in Des Plaines. The cool thing about this page is that it has 3D effects. So if you have a pair of those red and green 3D glasses . . .

A quite different Easter site is Secrets of Easter Island. This site in going to chronicle the attempts by a group of researchers to build a statue using the techniques available to the original Easter Island inhabitants.

To see articles created by other Suite 101 editors you can visit Easter at Suite 101 and if you weren't here last week be sure to visit Easter Sites for you, my article from last week.

If your a runner and have some extra numbers around I'd encourage you to look at this letter. A first grade class is collecting runners numbers and our running editor thought that some of you might be able to help.

My kids have been out riding their bikes now that the weather is nice and we are all looking forward to the nice weather ahead. Also ahead in a few weeks is Earth Day so be sure to come back soon as Earth Day will be the feature topic in the coming weeks.

See you next Tuesday.
