to some extent the exchange list. Longevity, plastic syringes with fine needles, blood testing kits with readings in five seconds, and carb counting have replaced them.
Today I wear an insulin pump. Tomorrow I may not have tubing sticking out of me. We never know what is just around the corner until we turn. From following a simple link for a writing position, hope has been renewed. Hope that was lost so long ago, once again makes me look to tomorrow with greater promise. The promise of better devises, better knowledge, and just maybe, a cure.
