Lake Cumberland in Kentucky, will feature Jet Stream Fest 2000. Jet Stream Fest 2000 will feature what is being hailed as the World's Largest PWC Poker Run. This event will take place the weekend of May 12th - 14th. The participant with the best poker hand at the conclusion of the 80+ mile poker run will take home a brand new 2000 PWC. The four PWC manufacturers will also be on hand to offer free demo rides on their new 2000 line-ups of PWCs. This summer Yamaha will celebrate an event that started over 15 years ago. Yamaha's Club Wave kicked off the 13-event tour in Key Largo, Florida on April 1, 2000. The PWC enthusiasts who attend Yamaha's Club Wave events will be treated to a fun-filled day of watercraft competitions such as timed buoy course races and freestyle events, many prize giveaways and a barbeque luncheon. Not to be outdone, SeaDoo kicked off its second annual Demo Days on April 29th in Orlando, New Orleans and Austin. SeaDoo will travel to 39 cities around North America. SeaDoo Demo Days promotes boating safety by providing hands-on instruction and local market promotion of boating safety. They will distribute safety materials and work with the local media to encourage safe boating. After participating in a safety seminar and you can test ride SeaDoo's new 2000 line-up of PWCs. You my even be lucky enough to win a new 2000 SeaDoo watercraft. A brand new SeaDoo watercraft will be given away at each tour stop.
