The Holy Month in the United States


The Department of Defense will hold its Annual Pentagon Iftar this year for Muslims in the U.S. Armed Forces on November 30, 2001. The first Iftar was held in the Pentagon on January 22, 1998. It was organized through the joint efforts of the Pentagon Chaplains Office and the American Muslim Armed Forces and Veteran’s Affairs Council.
