IRL Opens March 18 at Phoenix

For what it's worth, it's been a long, cold winter for many fans, and hearing the distinctive whine of an Indy Car will come as a welcome respite from the winter doldrums. For my part, I'd much rather hear the rumble of engines than the rumble of the earth, like I did not long ago here in the Pacific Northwest. Until next weekend, I'll content myself watching some of the former Copper World champions test their skills at Atlanta this Sunday. Watch for one of them to be in the winner's circle at the Cracker Barrell 500.
