The only negative I could think of was that I didn't understand why they didn't follow up with me to see how I liked the cereal I created, and maybe to rate it. Why wouldn't General Mills want to know if I'd buy this cereal from my supermarket and what would I pay? That way, you get enough people making similar cereals who LIKED their cereal and have declared what they would pay... how much would it cost them to get that marketing data in other ways!!! Wouldn't they like to know what I thought of their quality and how the pairings of different items tasted good or bad, had a good texture or didn't, or stayed crunchy in rice milk :) or didn't? So if I were them, I would seek follow up marketing data and NOT just follow up orders.
