It became a popular tune to talk and write about globalization, human rights, and the conflict among these "definitions". During the previous articles you had the opportunity to learn the author's visions on the main theoretical concepts (national minorities, migration, intervention, democratic pressures, terrorism etc.). Starting with this essay a new phase opens, where the author will try to make comparisons between countries and their intergovernmental organizations on a strict data basis. The essays therefore will include a geopolitical perspective, though not intruding in world politics issues and strategic planning (at least on the beginning stage). Some theoretic and researchers proclaimed the recent events as the dawn of the new world order (NWO). Meanwhile the New world order unfolds we will look back to the transition era and the human rights politics of several countries on the eve of this NWO. The research is planned to compare the policies of the ASEAN and GUUAM (Georgia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, and Moldova) states in the field of human rights. The geopolitical aspects relates to the mutual influence in this field inside the community (and probably inter communities), as well as the influence of the surrounding great powers in general. I hope that the week-by-week publication of the development of the project will facilitate to improve the argumentation of the issues and open possibility to swap information on the topic.
