Lex Domicile-2!This week we have seen actions that make some people cheer but others are filled with anger. What do I mean? I Here refer to a previous writing Lex Domicile! And it is again about Miloshevich and the precedent created by western governments! Why do I raise this question? It is obvious that Slobo’s image is shaky and the situation around him is misty. Nevertheless the rule of low is above all! And if the law is violated so human rights are violated.
