Human rights in the third world countries is always a hot issue! For human rights respect is always connected with money and wealth. There is a term as “export of democracy”. It means that western countries consider themselves in position to dictate possible ways of development, indicating on a “one way” option. This tactics diminishes the democratic way and makes it more authoritarian (or supernatural). Yes there are strict measures to be imposed and certain rules to be followed if playing the game of democracy (for the sake of humans). But the understanding of these rules and their timing causes a lot of international disputes. From the perspective of the citizens of these to-be democracies there is only one –desperate-wish of better life. More and more people get access to TV’s and other media, advertising materials (which appeal to their sense of dignity and self-expression). That makes them feel (not think or even know) equal with other nations. Vanity has its roots everywhere even in the heart’s of the least well up. When a dialog is established (among the creditor and the loaner) everything seems purple. The more desperate a country needs money the more conditions it can adopt. But when the first wave of excitement passes and more and more domestic and international problems arise (you can never satisfy the whole country) leaders try to find new ways and opportunities, try to implement the new rules (of democracy) into their culture, people’s mentality, natural and socio-economic conditions. Usually the leaders of the loaners care after their people and the creditors after their money! The titles are only some covers for these operations. Creditors try not to give direct (hard) money, but to supply the country with the creditor’s products. It’s twice profiting. You’ll get rid of the old (unused or even second-hand) equipment and there is a future need of service and further dependence on technological aid. And after all it looks great, helping people with new (for them maybe so) technology, supporting democracy and our-common (?)- way of development. With such an aid you can have an other ally, mew market and a lot of benefit. That’s a good economic way. The best way to maintain a country is to manipulate the sources of its power- so the money (your own money). Sounds really optimistic. But when the loaners learn more about the sophisticated technology, about the new forms of leading negotiations they realize that they do not have friends and that people can rely only on themselves. The next phase is, when the national idea born (that is to gain some dominance). National means not that citizens became more active in politics or that they began to think, but that a political unity emerges. That is the base for any socio-economic changes and transition. This national idea means that leaders try to find out own ways of development that differs from the vision of the creditors.
