World Parks Congress in South Africa

The Vth IUCN World Parks Congress has just closed in Durban, South Africa with participants agreeing on new commitments and policy guidance for protected areas worldwide. For the ten days, parks were center stage and at the forefront of people's minds of this event organized by the IUCN - The World Conservation Union.
