UNDP 2003
Hello everybody, hope you are having a good summertime. This is not an article, just an update that the UNDP Human Development Report has just been released. It focusses on the need to put much more effort into the achieving the Millenium Development Goals. The date for reaching them is 2015 but this year's report shows how many countries are not moving towards but away from the goals.
