Once the decisions are made, it is a good idea to write them down and include "stage directions" in the wedding program. This will help guests to feel more relaxed and confident in how they can actively take part in the ceremony. The program is also a good place to provide translations for Hebrew prayers or explanations of the elements in the service, which are either specifically Jewish or specifically Christian. Blending the traditions of both faiths can make for a culturally rich and beautiful service, but will leave your guests feeling out-of-the-loop if you don't take the time to explain to them the meaning behind each element of the ceremony.
