:wumpscut: - "Wreath Of Barbs"On the other hand, the remixes of "Deliverance" on its single are redundant, at best, and serves no real purpose, other than to the most devoted of collectors. The track "Ruda" is nothing more than a lark, leaving precious little to be excited about there. So think on that when considering the import price of the single. Caveat emptor. "Wreath Of Barbs", the song, will serve as the second single for the album it shares its name with, certain to confuse people with releases of the same title. It too turns out well enough and does nothing more to tarnish the already unsteady name of :wumpscut:. The remixes of that single may be the more interesting content to hear, as they may be fan-produced remixes, submitted to :wumpscut:. "Eevil Young Flesh" I eventually grew quite a love for over much time and listening. This album, on the other hand, has almost decreased in my estimation upon repeated listening. My initial excitement upon first hearing the beginning tracks became confused upon second and third listens to the latter half of the album. The largest chinks in this album's armor (in my opinion, causing its downfall) lie in Aleta Welling's involvement in the album. No one has ever attempted to cast great praise on the lyrical abilities of Mr. Ratzinger and some of his songs are nearly childish, but none possesses the rank stupidity of "Dr. Thodt". Since hearing "I Want You" I have not heard a song that was such a waste, of both my time and a spot on the album that should be reserved for another track like "Corroded Breed" or "Embryodead".
