Scanners (movie), Stock Photos and the wonderous Snappy!

Greetings!

Welcome to my article about great entertainment images on the Web. In these articles, I try to point you all toward great sites that have lots of entertainment images.

Wow, do I ever have some great stuff for this article! When you're online as much as I am, you start to think that you've seen most of the really cool sites. Well, I just found an amazingly great site a couple of days ago! I was searching for pictures from David Cronenberg's classic movie Scanners when I found The Horror Hotel. It has a lot of great Scanners images. As a matter of fact, it was the only Scanners site I could find. But that's only one part of this great site. If you like horror movies, especially classic or older horror, this site is a must see!

Another really great site that I just found isn't about entertainment, but it's definitely about images. Photofree is a free stock-photography site. If you've ever needed a picture of something or somewhere for a project, you'll appreciate this great site. It has large, clear images in many categories including nature, vehicles, places, etc. If you do any graphic design work, this spot will be a treasured bookmark!

The other thing that I want to feature this time is a really phenominal product called a Snappy. For those of you who have never heard of it, it's a video capture device. It'll capture high-quality pictures from any video tape! Now you can get some stills from your favorite movies. I'm using it to make sites for great movies that aren't online anywhere, or there is very little online content for. I have a killer Killer Klowns from Outer Space page, a Commando page, a Frighteners page, and a few others in the works! Get one, you'll love it, it's the ultimate image source! I love mine!!!

Well, I hope I pointed the way to some great image sources! If you'd like to suggest a cool site, or comments or questions about this article, or anything else, feel free to drop me a line at Creed@bigfoot.com, or if you're a member of Suite 101, post your ideas in the discussion area.

Have a good one!
